Training
It is important for everyone to get started in a positive and constructive
manner. With each membership 4 half hour long complimentary session
with one of our certified personal trainers is available. During
this time the trainer will talk with each person to identify their
individual goals and desires and then offer a beginning workout
program tailored to start on the path of achieving good health.
If, after the complimentary sessions, more intensive one-on-one
personal training is desired our trainers are available on a fee
per hour basis to give all the direction and support needed to establish
and achieve fitness goals and then to maintain them.
SQUASH & Racquet ball
Our instructors are available for lessons which are free to
members on Monday nights. So even if you never played before, we
will slowly get you started. You will soon find out that you won't
be able to go one day without playing!
