| Free Weights and Exercise
Machines.
Membership includes regularly scheduled classes in yoga,
pilates, kickboxing, to achieve flexibility
and strength.
Our free weight area houses all your free weight needs, from
the largest plates for leg presses and squats to the smallest
dumbbells. A wide variety of exercise machines, which can
be adjusted for just the right amount of weight, are available.
Our machines can focus on any part of your body you want to
work on.
Each new member is offered 4 half hours complimentary session
with one of our Certified Personal Trainers in order to introduce
a new person to the club, the proper use of the different
types of equipment and, if desired, to put together a personalized
workout program. If more attention is desired, members may
pay for additional time with our trainers or join our Wellness
Training Program which focuses on the mind, body and spirit. |
